BookPromotion.io is a service owned and operated by Py-Core LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("Py-Core," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through BookPromotion.io, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information such as your email address, name or pen name, and profile details you provide.
• Book and marketing details you add to build landing pages, newsletters, and campaigns (for example: book title, description, links, and assets you upload).
• Payment and billing information for paid plans is handled by our payment provider. We receive billing status and payment method identifiers, but we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage data such as pages viewed, clicks, device/browser information, and basic log data used to keep the service reliable and secure.
• Cookies and similar technologies used for authentication, preferences, and analytics.

Google Sign-In and shared accounts

BookPromotion.io and bks.social use a shared account system operated by Py-Core LLC. If you choose to sign up or sign in with Google, Google provides us with basic account information authorized by you, including:

• Your Google Account email address;
• Your name or display name;
• Your Google profile picture, when available; and
• A unique Google account identifier used to securely associate your Google Account with your Py-Core account.

We use this information only to create, identify, secure, and maintain your account; sign you in; display your chosen profile information; and connect your access across BookPromotion.io and bks.social.

We do not receive or store your Google password. We do not use Google Sign-In to access your Gmail messages, contacts, Google Drive files, calendars, or other Google services.

Because BookPromotion.io and bks.social share an account system, signing in to either service may associate the same email address and Google account identifier with your account on both services. Profile and account information may be used across both services where necessary to provide their connected features.

We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. We do not share Google user data except with service providers acting on our behalf, when necessary to operate or secure the services, or when required by law.

You may revoke BookPromotion.io and bks.social access through your Google Account permissions. Revoking access prevents future Google sign-ins but does not automatically delete the account information already stored by Py-Core LLC. You may contact us to request deletion of your account and associated personal information, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

How we use your information

• Provide and operate the platform (accounts, landing pages, newsletters, and dashboards).
• Process subscriptions and display billing status.
• Improve performance, troubleshoot issues, prevent fraud, and keep the platform secure.
• Communicate with you about important account or service updates.
• Measure and report marketing performance you choose to track (for example, clicks and conversions).

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate BookPromotion.io, including with:

• Service providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, email delivery, and payment processing) who help us run the platform.
• Legal and safety circumstances, when required to comply with law or protect users, the public, or BookPromotion.io.
• Business transfers (rare), if we undergo a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

Third-party links and integrations

BookPromotion.io may link to third-party sites (such as retailer links or ad platforms) or allow you to connect services. Those third parties have their own privacy policies, and your use of them is governed by their terms.

Data retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You can request deletion as described below.

• Access / update: You can update many profile and account details from within your dashboard.
• Cookies: You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some cookies are required for login and core site functionality.

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data using industry-standard practices.

Children’s privacy

BookPromotion.io is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
